6. Order Acceptance and Cancellation
Once you place an order, you will receive an order confirmation by email, SMS, WhatsApp, or other available communication channels. Order confirmation does not always mean final acceptance. We reserve the right to refuse, cancel, or limit orders in cases including but not limited to:
Fraudulent or suspicious transactions, incorrect pricing, product unavailability, incorrect customer details, delivery restrictions, bulk buying abuse, or violation of these Terms.
Customers may request cancellation before the product is shipped. Once the order is shipped, cancellation may not be possible, and the return/refund policy will apply.
Cancellation charges, if any, will only be applied in accordance with applicable law. Under Indian e-commerce rules, cancellation charges should not be imposed on consumers unless similar charges are also borne by the e-commerce entity when it cancels an order unilaterally.
7. Shipping and Delivery
We aim to ship products within the estimated timeline mentioned on the product page or checkout page. Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary due to courier delays, weather, strikes, regional restrictions, incorrect address, customer unavailability, festive season load, or other circumstances beyond our control.
Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping details, including complete address, phone number, PIN code, and landmark where required.
If a package is returned due to incorrect address, customer unavailability, refusal to accept delivery, or failed delivery attempts, additional shipping charges may apply for re-shipment.
8. Damaged, Defective, or Wrong Product

Order ID, unboxing video, clear product photos, packaging photos, and a description of the issue.
We may offer replacement, repair, store credit, or refund depending on the case and product availability.
A return or refund cannot be denied if the product is defective, deficient, or materially different from the product advertised. Indian e-commerce rules require sellers/platforms to support returns/refunds in such cases.
9. Returns and Refunds

Unless otherwise stated, products may be eligible for return only if they are damaged, defective, wrong, missing parts, or materially different from the description.
For hygiene, customization, fragile decor, handmade, personalized, clearance, or made-to-order products, returns may be restricted unless the product is damaged, defective, or incorrect.
Refunds, where approved, will be processed to the original payment method or another mutually agreed method. Refund processing timelines may depend on payment gateways, banks, and applicable rules.
We reserve the right to reject return requests where the product has been used, damaged after delivery, altered, mishandled, returned without original packaging, or where the issue is not supported by reasonable proof.

Customers are responsible for using products carefully and according to their intended purpose.
For car dashboard idols and hanging products, customers must ensure proper placement so that the product does not obstruct driving view, airbags, vehicle controls, mirrors, or safety mechanisms. Vedantra will not be responsible for damage, accidents, injury, or loss caused due to unsafe placement, improper installation, weak adhesive use, rough handling, heat exposure, or misuse.
For fragile, resin, marble, polished, painted, antique-finished, or handcrafted products, avoid dropping, scratching, excessive heat, harsh chemicals, water exposure, and rough cleaning.
11. Intellectual Property
All website content, including brand name, logo, product images, product descriptions, graphics, videos, design elements, layout, text, and creative material, belongs to Vedantra or its content partners unless otherwise stated.
